Roles and Responsibilities-

• Primary tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes for IT functional and Development teams.
• Responsible for maintaining and validating solution integrity in your functional area throughout the project, including controlling scope, managing solutions for change tracking/traceability, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.
• Creating wireframes.
• Must have knowledge in SRS (Software Requirements Specifications)
• Must have Experienced in Development
• Must have knowledge in BRD (Business Requirements Document).
• Must have knowledge in Functional Requirement Document (FRD) outlines the functions required to fulfill the business need.
• Having Experience in Pro-sales.
• Understand the Client's business requirements and business process flows and gather and analyze the project's business requirements.!.
• Prepare accurate and detailed Business requirements documents, User guides.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with product design & development team to analyze and design functional enhancements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans and monitoring performance.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Experience required.
• Graduate/Postgraduate
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

• You will be responsible for Closing Sales Deals Over the Phone and Maintaining Good Customer Relationships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and talking to new people.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

13. Conduct research on SEO keywords to use throughout the website and marketing materials
14. Constantly check for search terms, SEO rankings, and analytics to measure the performance of the company website and recommend improvements accordingly
15. Must aware of Google Analytics, Search console, Google my Business...etc tools.
